The holidays have arrived! And with the holidays come fewer home buyers as they are busy attending holiday gatherings and festivals. Less competition translates into lower home prices. They won’t be the 30- 70% discounts that retailers are offering but you will receive a discount this time year. Interest rates took a dip last week as the Fed is projected to be done with increasing the overnight borrowing rate for 2023.

The Spring Texas real estate market is slower during November and December than other months. Real estate agents shift their activities from working in their business to working on their business. Calendars are filled with business planning activities, brain-storming activities, and education training.
