To the east of Gander Mountain at 19302 Interstate 45 in Spring Texas, construction has begun on the 10 acre site that will become TopGolf’s second Houston area location.
Although there are driving ranges in the Spring Texas area, none of them will compare to the new TopGolf facility. What is TopGolf? Think Dave and Busters meets golf driving range meets sports bar and you are getting close. The 65,000 square foot, three level facility will include 2,900 square feet of private event space, over 100 climate-controlled hitting bays, over 230 high def flat screen tvs, and a food menu running the gamut from flatbread pizzas to burgers to salads to wraps.
Slated for Spring/Summer 2014 opening, TopGolf is estimating over 400,000 people will visit their location at 560 Spring Park Blvd Spring TX within it’s first year.
