Developed by Johnson Development Corporation the 1,000 acre master planned community of Harmony will be home to 2,600 single family homes upon build-out. It’s convenient location right off of the Grand Parkway and an extensive array of amenities attracted many award winning builders including Pulte Homes, DR Horton, Shea Homes,Taylor Morrison, Castlerock Communities, First Texas, Perry Homes, Ashton Woods, Village Builders, Westin, Lennar, Gehan, Beazer, Darling Homes, Highland Homes,and Chesmar. It’s a short drive to the Woodlands Mall and Market Street to enjoy a day of shopping then dinner out at an upscale restaurant and end the night by attending a concert event at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. The Grand Parkway (99) makes for a short 8 mile drive to the Exxon Mobil campus and the Hardy Toll Rd provides a quick commute to the IAH airport.

Harmony is zoned to the sought after Conroe school district. Snyder elementary, Cox intermediate school, and York Jr High school are located at the outskirts of the community. Broadway elementary is located in the adjoining subdivision of Spring Trails and just down the road is the Grand Oaks high school, Conroe school district’s newest high school.
