The National Association of Realtors, NAR, has been conducting surveys of buyers and sellers for many years. They recently released their 2007 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers Survey. And as Richard Dawson use to say… “The survey says” …
the number one source of information from which buyers first learned about the home they purchased was ?
- A real estate agent and the Internet – Both tied for the first time at 84%. The Internet as a source of information to find homes is up 7% from last year.
