Ryland to build patio homes in Gleannloch Farms
May 3, 2013The former 10-story Hewlett Packard (HP) building at 20555 SH 249 is to become Noble Energy’s new global headquarters. Noble Energy plans to consolidate 700 employees from three locations into the building which will be known as Noble Energy One. The move to the new Northwest Houston location at the SW corner of HWY 249 and Louetta is scheduled to occur in July of 2013.

In addition, plans are under way for a 20-story building (Noble Energy Two) to be built across from Noble Energy One. Upon completion of Noble Energy Two in 2015, 1,600 employees are projected to be working at the Noble Energy campus.
